1. Services and Disclaimer

I offer intuitive coaching, manifestation guidance & healing services, including one-on-one coaching sessions, group coaching, and online resources. My services are intended to provide guidance and support but are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice.

2. Bookings, Payment and Cancellations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through this website.

  • Payment for services is required at the time of booking. These payment methods are accepted: Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.

  • If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 100% will apply.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for attending sessions as scheduled. If you miss a session without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during your sessions.

  • You are responsible to follow action plans (if applies). Failure to do so, might affect the results.

4. Confidentiality

I respect your privacy, and all personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential. However, confidentiality may be broken in cases where I am required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others).

5. Limitation of Liability

Asal Alamdari will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of offered services. You understand that life coaching is a personal and developmental process, and results may vary.

6. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at my discretion if you violate the terms or engage in harmful or inappropriate behaviour.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Modifications

I reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
