Dear Valued Client,

This page is only for people who are ready to begin our work together. To ensure the best possible experience for all parties, I have established the following policies regarding cancellations, late attendance, and no-shows. Please review the terms below and submit to acknowledge your understanding and agreement.

1. Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the session fee and no refund will be issued. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.*

*An exception may be made for late cancellations in unforeseen circumstances.

2. Late Attendance Policy

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

3. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice. No-shows may be charged full service fees and a deposit may be required to for future appointments.

4. Payments & Deposits

Full payment is required to secure all appointments. Payment plans can be discussed directly with Asal in special circumstances.

5. Deleration

Asal’s services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice and the client is solely responsible for how our sessions may affect their emotional, mental or physical wellbeing. The results of these sessions depend entirely on the client's commitment, including their willingness to follow action plans, attending regular sessions, and actively engaging in the process.
